1 bag of VN: OG Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough Mix
½ cup of water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Sweetener to taste

White Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
These cookies are festive thin mints but with a better-for-you twist!
Ingredients:
1 bag of VN: Midnight Snack Protein Cookie Dough Mix
White chocolate for melting
Crushed peppermint candies
Directions:
Prepare the cookies using the directions on the back of the Midnight Snack mix, but flatten the dough thin before baking.
This can be done by hand or with a rolling pin by placing the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and flattening out.
Bake the cookies as directed and let them cool completely.
Melt white chocolate and dip each cookie into the chocolate, coating one side or the entire cookie.
Sprinkle the cookies with crushed peppermint candies while the chocolate is still wet.
Place the cookies in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set the chocolate. (Don’t leave them too long, or they’ll become too hard to enjoy!)
