Makes 4 to 5 Mini Waffles
Ingredients:
1 Packet Variant Nutrition (any mix, I used Crandaddy for this version)
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of water
Instructions:
Preheat waffle iron
Mix ingredients in a bowl
Grease waffle iron with non-stick spray
Pour some batter into the waffle iron and close
The waffle should start to brown on the top when it's finished cooking
Repeat until mixture is gone
Top with peanut butter, syrup, whipped cream cheese, or ice-cream.
